Is self collection at the store possible?

Yes, self collection is possible at our retail store located at: Blk 22 Sin Ming Road #01-238 Singapore 570022. Please indicate << self collection >> upon check out and we will contact you (usually within a few days) once the order is ready for collection.

Are all your products ex-stock?

All products are ex-stocks unless otherwise stated (for preorder items). In the event where the product goes out of stock after ordering online, we will refund you the full amount if a substitute is not available.

Local Delivery Charges

We provide free delivery for purchases over $500. For purchases less than $500, we charge a flat fee of $25. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

For products requiring installation (regardless of amount), delivery charges will be waived and refunded upon completion of job. Installation charges will be paid directly to the Electrician upon completion of job. You can view our installation charges here.

Delivery Timing

For ex-stocks items, delivery can be arranged within 3 to 5 working days.
For products requiring installation, we will work with the electrician to arrange the best available timing for you within 1 to 2 weeks.
For pre-order items, please allow a lead time of at least 3 to 4 weeks for delivery arrangement.

International Delivery
